Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Blade accessories & Blades (hygiene reasons)
  • Apparel & attributes (unless defective)
  • Beds for cages & Beds (unless unopened in original packaging)
